    We're making improvements! North Chicago Health Center will temporarily close for renovations. North Chicago Health Center patients will still receive the same quality healthcare just 2 miles north at Belvidere Medical Building in Waukegan. On September 20, 2021, we will temporarily close for renovations. We will be back in Spring 2022. We are making major building changes to better serve you when you visit us for your care.
