When you submit a lead request or inquiry, we share your contact information and inquiry details with dental providers who may be able to assist you. This is the core function of our Service. By submitting a request, you expressly consent to this sharing. Once shared, the dental provider's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

4.2 For Rewards Program Administration

If you participate in our Smile & Save Rewards Program, we may share limited information with dental providers to verify that you completed a qualifying appointment. This includes confirming appointment dates and patient identity. We may also share your email address with our gift card fulfillment partners (such as Amazon) to deliver your reward. Your participation in the Rewards Program is governed by the Rewards Program Terms.

4.3 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
