Top Positions (1, 2, and 3) allow your practice to appear at the very top of search results in your city. Position 1 gets the #1 spot on both city pages AND all service-specific pages. Each position is exclusive - only one clinic can hold each position per city. Prices range from $95-$195/month.

Top Position benefits include: appearing above all organic results in your city, exclusive city positioning (no other clinic can take your spot), "Highly Recommended" badge, interactive Google Maps integration with directions, do-follow backlink for SEO benefits, and Position 1 also appears first on all service pages.

Top Position 1 is $195/month, Top Position 2 is $145/month, and Top Position 3 is $95/month. These are monthly subscriptions that you can cancel anytime. The pricing reflects the premium visibility each position provides.

Top Positions are first-come, first-served and exclusive to one practice per city. If your desired position is taken, you can choose another available position or join our waitlist. We'll notify you if the position becomes available.

Our Lead Generation program connects you with patients actively seeking dental services. When a patient uses our "Get Matched" feature and selects your practice, you receive their contact information (name, phone, email) directly via email. You only pay when a patient chooses you - there's no monthly fee.

Lead pricing varies by service type, ranging from $30 to $200 per lead. Higher-value services like dental implants have higher lead costs. You can add funds to your account as needed, and your balance never expires. You only pay when you receive a qualified lead.

Leads are matched based on the patient's requested service, location (city/zip code), and their preferences. If your practice offers the requested service in their area and has available lead credits, you'll receive the lead. Leads are delivered instantly to your email.

If your lead balance reaches zero, you simply won't receive new leads until you add more funds. There are no penalties or fees for having a zero balance. You can add funds anytime through your dashboard. Your listing remains active regardless of your lead balance.

Visit our login page and enter the email address you used when creating or claiming your listing, along with your password. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it. Your login credentials were emailed to you when you first set up your listing.
