Am I eligible?

To qualify for your $60 Amazon Gift Card, make sure you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Complete a qualifying paid dental treatment (exams and consultations do not qualify)
  • Pay out-of-pocket only — insurance payments do not qualify
  • Must be a first-time patient at the selected dental office
  • Book your appointment through DentistsRanked.com
  • Patient must be 19 years of age or older at appointment date
  • Submit your itemized receipt within 90 days of your appointment
  • One reward per person every 18 months
  • Name on booking must match name on receipt

What dental services qualify for the reward?

Qualifying services include cleanings, fillings, crowns, whitening, implants, braces, root canals, extractions, and other treatments. Exams, consultations, and x-rays alone do NOT qualify — you must receive an actual dental treatment.

Can I use my dental insurance?

No. This promotion is for self-pay patients only. You must pay out-of-pocket for your dental service to qualify. Payments made through dental insurance, including private insurance plans, do not qualify for this reward.

How do I submit my receipt?

After your appointment, simply take a photo or scan of your itemized receipt showing the date, dental office name, services rendered, amount paid, and patient name. Then submit it through our online claim form. We'll verify the details and send your gift card within 5-7 business days.

How long do I have to claim my reward?

You must submit your receipt within 90 days of your dental appointment date. After 90 days, the offer expires and cannot be claimed.

Can I claim this reward more than once?

Yes. You can claim a new reward every 18 months. Just book through DentistsRanked.com, visit a new dentist (one you haven't been to before), pay out-of-pocket, and submit your receipt.

How will I receive my Amazon Gift Card?

Your $60 Amazon Gift Card code will be sent to the email address you used when booking your appointment. Make sure to check your spam folder. The code can be redeemed on Amazon.com.
