Dr. Michelle Kapel

Dr. Michelle Kapel brings five years of clinical experience—and a serious passion for community—to the team. Fluent in Russian (her very first language!), she previously spent two years running a hospital clinic focused on extractions, meaning she knows a thing or two about making high-stress procedures feel smooth and easy. Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Kapel is all about building connections. She founded a local non-profit focused on young professional networking, stays active with Vegas Young Professionals, and spent six years mentoring with Friendship Circle to support buddies with special needs. She even honed her event-planning skills early on while organizing major conferences for the American Student Dental Association (ASDA). When she isn't serving patients or organizing events around Las Vegas, you'll find her traveling the world to dive into new cultures, or hanging out with her 5-year-old dog, Frank—who, let's be honest, is definitely the real boss at home.
