Dr. Charles Loo was born in Hong Kong. He attended Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. He received his bachelor degree from Northwestern University and then went on to study dentistry at The University of Pennsylvania. He then attended Boston University for his Masters degree to study Endodontics under the tutelage of Dr. Herbert Schilder, the inventor of the current universal warm gutta percha technique. Upon graduation, he spent a year of dental internship at Montefiore Hospital in New York.
