Dr. Michelle Juanatas Bowens is a Public Health Dentist and Army Veteran who saw the need for better access to oral health care in Kern County. Smile Makers is designed to provide quality oral health care for people of all ages and all walks of life. Preventive care is the core of Smile Makers, but restorative and other specialized care is also available. Smile Makers will provide a dental home to people who have access issues, since care can be given at a more convenient time and place to patients and their families.
