"Dr. Jeff (as he is affectionately known by his patients) completed his undergraduate studies from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. In 1997, Dr. Etess was awarded his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the prestigious IVY League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he ranked among the top 10% of his graduating class with a perfect 4.0 Clinical GPA.
