Light therapy improves pain and inflammation associated with injuries, arthritis, tendonitis, fasciitis, other degenerative conditions, and is helpful both pre and post-operatively. It can even help with concussions. Corrective bodywork and movement improve pain and dysfunction associated with being imbalanced or out of alignment. Performance therapy targets movement patterns to improve the way clients participate in a chosen activity or sport."
