"Dr. Azfar A. Siddiqui has over thirty years of dental experience. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and also has a Masters degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute in London UK, as well as a two year Fellowship in Maxillofacial prosthetics from the University of Chicago. He is a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, Diplomat of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and has been inducted in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, as well as the Pierre Fauchard Honor Academy. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentistry (FICD)"
