CHAS Maple Medical Clinic

"The CHAS Health Maple medical clinic opened in 2001 and serves the Spokane community and surrounding area. Our facility offers a variety of services including primary care physicians, pediatrics and women’s health care. In addition, our staff is trained to for specialized care including diabetes management, HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C as well as behavioral health services and nutrition counseling.

For the convenience of our customers, our medical clinic is in the same building as our dental clinic and pharmacy. CHAS is a non-profit, federally funded qualified health center that provides high quality healthcare services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of ability to pay."
