We proudly serve the Phelps, Dent, Maries, Crawford, and Pulaski counties, since 2014. We are dedicated to providing care to adults and children. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services. We accept all Medicaid plans, most major insurance plans, Medicare and offer a sliding scale fee application for self-pay.
