"Dr. Scott graduated from Stony Brook University and then received his dental degree from Columbia University. He completed his general practice residency at Kings County Medical Center followed by a fellowship at Stony Brook University Dental Center where he learned to work with special needs people. Dr. Scott was a captain in the US Air force for 5 years and then left to pursue his pediatric dentistry residency certificate at the University of Connecticut. He then re-entered the military as a major and a pediatric dentist."
