General primary medical care for children and adults is offered at all three locations. Our doctors, nurse practitioners and support staff provide quality healthcare services for all. Fort Dodge and Mason City offer dental services including cleanings, sealants, X-rays, extractions, and dentures. Mental Health is available at our Fort Dodge and Mason City clinics. We have a full staff of licensed counselors and therapists. Services are provided to patients regardless of insurance status. Most insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify."
