"Jeremy Hatch is a native of Utah and received his DMD degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. He and his family enjoy living and working in southern Utah.
He is a member of the Utah Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. He has extensive training in implant, laser, and cosmetic dentistry.
