"Our practice was first established in 1958 by the late Dr. William. E. Colliver Sr. who provided quality care to Frederick families for 40 years. Today, Dr. William Colliver and Dr. Marcie Bidinger are proud to carry on his tradition of excellent care and customer service in a growing community.
