About This Practice
"Community Dental Health’s mission is to provide a Dental Home for all low income, uninsured and under-insured persons needing assistance to obtain low cost or free dental services. We believe oral health care is important to overall health care for sound body, mind and spirit.
We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization and have various donations to help make dental care affordable. Honest, ethical care focused on your personal needs. We provide basic dental care: cleanings, exams, xrays, fillings, extractions, & denture services. We are located in Colorado Springs & Pueblo CO. Our nursing home program provides in-house dental hygiene services."
