"Our office is only contracted with Delta Dental Premier.

Any other insurance policy would be considered out-of-network, including Delta PPO.

We are able to bill any PPO insurance policy, but your coverage may change depending on the rules of your plan - you should contact your insurance company to see if there is a difference in coverage for a dentist who is not a "preferred provider."

We are NOT able to bill Medi-Cal or any HMOs, including DeltaCare USA.
