"Dr. Robert E. Bell graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of California at San Francisco Dental School in 1986. He was awarded the Francis A. Sooy Chancellor’s Cup — the highest award given to a graduating senior dental student. Dr. Bell completed his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Bell regularly continues his education so he can maintain his high skill level and increase his knowledge. He performs all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery."
