"Our fees are based on 2020 National Dental Advisory Service (R) and we honor all contracted insurance fees and as a professional courtesy offer pre-authorization with your insurance carrier. We attempt to bill your dental and medical insurance due to medical necessity by your primary care physician's referral. Should you wish for us to verify your benefits prior to your arrival, text us the front and back of your ID and insurance card and we'll get back to you by the next business day. Our doors are open Monday to Thursday, 8am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 6pm with the last available appointment is 4pm. Dr. Jilani, DMD is an undergraduate and graduate from UNLV, and has been practicing general dentistry at Bonita Dental since 2017."
