purpose of this letter is to give you a little information about us and make your visit to our office a
comfortable one.
About the office: Our office was established in 1983 by Dr. Juan Delgado, and was located in the Sears store for 20 years. Dr. Alfonso joined the practice in 1992. We moved to our current location in
November 2003. In 2016 Dr. Juan Delgado retired.
About the Doctor: Dr. Alfonso lives in Stockton with his family. He was born in Berkeley and is the
youngest of 7 boys in a very loving and giving family."
