Quality of care to each individual patient, new or existing is all that we strive to do. We don't overbook purposely so each patient has Drs/Staff time and attention without having to rush and shorten appointment. Whats worse than a patient waiting at a dental office waiting to be seen for over an hour just to finally be seen and gets only 12 minutes chair time with Dr/Staff because they're rushing to seat the next patient who has also been waiting for a while now."
