"FoundCare, Inc. is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, x-rays, women's health services, infectious disease and social services, and an on-site pharmacy.

FoundCare operates seven facilities located throughout Palm Beach County with its Palm Springs center offering all services in one convenient location.

Our culturally competent staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French.

Most health insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee scale based on household size and income is available for those without insurance. No one is denied services based on inability to pay."
