"We're Madison Pediatric Dentistry: Burton Moffett, DMD, and we've been doing pediatric dentistry in Madison, AL, since 2010. We offer a wide selection of services, including oral exams, sealants, and cavity fillings. Dr. Moffett received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He completed the UAB School of Dentistry and pursued his dream of specializing in children's dental care. While completing his training at UAB, Dr. Moffett was awarded and completed a fellowship in working with patients with special needs.
