"Dr. Vivian Fernandez was born in Cuba. After graduating from Higher Institute of Medical Science in Cuba 1991; she worked as a General Dentist in Cuba for 6 years. She then moved to Chile and worked as a General Dentist in Private Offices for 4 years and also provided dental services to low-income population in municipal Clinics.

Dr. Vivian moved to USA in the year 2000 and studied for 5 years between the States of Florida and California. She was issued her Dental License in 2005 in the state of CA. She worked for a Private Dental Office for 2 years until she gladly opened her own Practice Sacramento West Dental Office in December 2007."
